Clinical Psychotherapy Practice
I maintained an independent psychotherapy practice working with individuals, couples, and families in Spanish, both in person and online. My work drew on Schema Therapy and systemic approaches to family and couples therapy, focusing on behavior patterns, relational dynamics, and the conditions that allow people to change.
Alongside individual sessions, I designed and facilitated psychoeducation workshops on emotional regulation, self-esteem, and parenting, reaching community audiences through free and accessible formats. This included workshops run during and after the pandemic, when the need for accessible psychological support was acute and the infrastructure to provide it was fragile.

Key Contributions
Maintained an independent practice working with individuals, couples, and families, and designed free psychoeducation workshops on emotional regulation and parenting.
Each case completely different taught me to sit with complexity, resist the urge to jump to solutions, and deeply understand humans.

Takeaway
Psychotherapy taught me that behavior makes sense when you understand the system it lives in. That orientation, looking for the structure beneath the symptom, is something I carry into every product role I take on.
